Request a Letter of Invitation
There are two options for requesting an enrollment or invitation letter (for family member’s visa application to attend graduation).

In the Wheaton Gateway, search for Enrollment Verification Certificate, click on this, and select "current enrollment". This should enable you to print a copy of your current enrollment for the semester in which you are traveling.
2. Student can request a customized enrollment or invitation letter from the Registrar's office by filling out this Release Form that secures permission to issue the letter (FERPA compliant) and gives a space for students to request custom letter info.
*Please submit this information prior to March 1 for Spring Graduation or by October 1 for December Graduation.
