Concurrent Enrollment

In order to document your concurrent enrollment, please bring the following documents:

 1. Letter from your academic advisor, indicating that you have permission for this enrollment and that the credits earned at the other school will be counted toward your degree. The letter must also indicate the number of credits to be taken at each school.

 2. Proof of registration in classes from the concurrent school, indicating that you are enrolled, or were enrolled.

 3. Copy of your latest I-20 (Your I-20 will be updated with a remark about concurrent enrollment).

Please request the following information to be included the in the letter:
Which semester are you planning to be concurrently enrolled at another school?
What college are you going to be concurrently enrolled?
For the semester you are requesting concurrent enrollment, how many credit hours you will be taking at Wheaton College?
For the semester you are requesting concurrent enrollment, how many credit hours will you be taking at the other college?
Does the concurrent enrollment course count towards degree completion? 
Are you taking a combined total of no more than one online course?

Lastly, please note: At least half of the credits required for full time enrollment must be taken on the Wheaton College campus.
